Were rdp points lowered? Seems to me I remember getting 30 a run, now it's only 10. Not much incentive for new people to spend 45minutes on a flight for only 10 points.

I don't understand the question sorry. RDP points are generated by factories and affect the rate of equipment resupply.

Are you asking about your score for bombing a factory?

Bombers used to be "payed" 30 rank points for hitting a factory+RTB, now it's 10 points for hitting a factory+RTB.

this came up with 1.34 and i reported it way back then and we still only have ten points

another notch on the RDP belt to weaken it some more
