Infantry:

- fixed hud icon for HEAT and HE satchels

- re-boresighted the piat and bazooka

- Added German M31 Rucksack to various german Infantry units

Misc:

- updated languages

- updated copyright date

- updated chinese manuals

- updated manuals for para units with satchels

- kill notices are now sent on despawn instead of when the kill is detected (maybe, I doubt it)

Closed Beta:

- Ability to load gun sight files out of a directory when running beta exe's for beta testers

Are vehicle update and invisible ei issues that are discussed in this thread http://forums.battlegroundeurope.com/showthread.php?t=380450 fixed in this release?

Went through all the Read Me's and didnt see one mention of it.

I could be mistaken.
