Yeah...

Dunno, thought you guys knew about this which is why no report.

At around 540am the game clock switches back to 12am on a regular basis and then runs through normally

Perhaps unrelated, but last night I logged off at about 1:30 game tome and logged back in at about sunrise. It had been raining when I logged off, it was clear skies when I logged on about 15-20 min (?) later. I was under the impression the weather changed at midnight and stayed that way all day?

At 18:00 it changed directly to 00:00. Then as it hit 06:00, it changed back to 00:00. This could explain the weird weather changes I noticed.

It does. There have been reports of people not getting the update to change and then seeing it change when they relog. That was the intent of my question. This had been fixed but might be back.

Need to keep an eye on it.

Just happened again. And I have restarted the game too, did not clear the weather. It is definitely a bug.

Edit. After 5AM MIDNIGHT came again and cleared weather...

Gophur, remember early in the game when we had the false dawn of the mornings? It looks like that's what this is but instead of just reseting the lighting for a few minures it's reseting the game clock to midnight.

Hits at or just past 5:56am game time.

Just got it tonite, was just past 18:00 hours then it warped to midnight, looked like weather and day/night pattern had went through 3 phases, squaddie noticed the night/day changes and weather changes also...

CP's were being reported as axis when they were in fact allied tonite also...

Yeah I think I saw it earlier but couldn't get anyone to answer me what time they saw. Will be watching for it.

Huh? It's really easy to catch, just play the game :P

All references to time refer to the game night/day cycle. Near 6pm game time (not sure of the exact time just start observation around 5:40pm game time and you should catch it), the clock flips ahead to midnight where it runs until almost 6am game time (once again, I'm not sure of the exact time, but start watching around 5:40am). It then flips back to midnight and runs normally through 6am.

Starting with 00:00 will run to 18:00.

Now at 18:00, doesn't go to 18:01, it jumps to 00:00 (false midnight)

at 05:59 it jumps back to 00:00 (false dawn)

Then it will run a normal 24 hour cycle.

After that, start at step 1.

That's why it's probably tough for you guys to check because you may be in the "correct" cycle. If you stay on a few hours, you'll see the second error cycle.

Just a guess, but probably why it hasn't rained in a month. Not speaking for everyone, but from a pilots perspective, we wouldn't care if it never rained again. I'm hoping fixing the clock doesn't bring back the rain.

Not sure if it's relevant, but although it follows the cycle above, it is not always exact. Sometimes it varies a few minutes either side of those times.
