Able to freelook after death

When dead, or at the near death state when you are unable to move or do anything, I'm able to hit the free look key and look around all over.

This seems bug like, since at that state I'm unable to look normally. It also allows a dead crewmember to swivel their head around all over and listen which direction shooting or engines are.

I could look around when the crew was dead. All I could see was the sun peeking through the haze of death. No sounds. The alive crew could hear sounds though but not the dead one.
