Are Paras supposed to have both satchels now?

The para rifle currently does not. Just only has one HEAT. In the readme it says we should have one HE and one HEAT.

And I was a para rifle.

Yes, I just don't understand why para SMG was kept out.

Pre 1.34 Paras(rifle and smg) had the ability to both blow tanks and fbs (with less efficiency like a sapper), the two satchels is to give them more roles and make them more useful and maybe more common on the battlefield.
