I am having the exact same problem, I did not see this thread earlier.

I seem to only CTD when flying.

In order of frequency of occurance:

Most often = When I try to spawn back in after the completion of a sortie, mind you it does not matter the result of the previous sortie( i.e. RTB, MIA or KIA). The screen with the WW2 facts on the left will pop up, but then stay frozen on that page for sometimes up to 7-8 full seconds before it CTD's This will usually happen to me every sortie or every other sortie, which usually ends with me deciding on what movie I want to see since I don't have the desire to log in anymore.

Less often = When in flight. In past patches I would freeze frame in mid-air and get a "host lost connection" followed sometimes by "trying to re-establish connection." Most times it will not be able to reconnect and then I have to shut the game down, but 2 or 3 times it has been able to re-establish connection, but it's rare. This patch however is more aggressive, it just up and kicks you right out.

Least often / hardly ever = When I spawn in for my first sortie.

I had posted the actual error a couple of days ago and BLOO and one of Rat(KM or KL I think) commented on it and suggested I unistall and reinstall the game which I did.

My in/out information when flying is usually 0.7 in and 1.0 out. On the ground the numbers are usually 3.9ish in and 6.0 or higher.

I get the same problem as well as one of my squad mates. We are both on ATI cards.

Possible memory leak.

Best way for me to avoid it is to restart the game after every sortie.

Worst area for CTDs has been just east of Brussels.

Same problem here. 10+ CTDs every day when flying. Zero on the ground.

Can you guys who are using AMD card upgrade your drivers to 12.1 and then in your CCC - Gaming - 3D application settings turn everything off (sliders to the left) or to use applications settings then scroll right down to the bottom and then on OpenGL settings check the box for Triple Buffering. Restart the computer then start the game and see if you get any CTD.

I did two missions one 60 mins and one 90 mins and no CTD. It might be just luck but normally I would CTD two or three times with those times limits.

I will try again tonight with the squad.

Good efforts, Pegasus. Hopefully this will fix some of our issues. Unfortunately, these changes have not helped me on RDP flights. Still CTD'ing almost every flight (~50-60mins in). Will try some more tweaks and see if we can resolve this.

Thats a shame, I noticed we both didnt CTD during our squad runs lastnight and I thought we had it sorted.

I will do a long RDP run tonight as I was able to perform a 90min flight on Saturday with two members of 617 Sqdn and didnt CTD which made me thought the changes might be working.

okay this is about the 6th or 7th CTD flying out of clermont to Doullins with a HE 111.

everytime i only made it about a third of the way there from clermont.

I tried the suggestions from pegasus's post about AMD video card settings, made one flight from clermont to Ameins ok then this CTD when trying a mission from clermont to Doullins. It is the same for me as well i only seem to CTD when flying.

Good efforts' date=' Pegasus. Hopefully this will fix some of our issues. Unfortunately, these changes have not helped me on RDP flights. Still CTD'ing almost every flight (~50-60mins in). Will try some more tweaks and see if we can resolve this.[/quote']

Can you try with 11.12, seem to be having better success.
