Unable to talk in chat and mission change latency

I lost the ability to talk in the chat and could also not mark targets tried respawning and changing mission had no luck, I was also getting alot of latency when changing brigades and joining missions.

Had to log out and login to be able to talk again.

I received no mention of chat connection lost
