i'm certain what he meant to say was, the wiretap server lost it's meaningful output and it would be appreciated, if someone gives Oliver an nudge.

Yep, it's the data provided by CRS that is down - wiretap if fully functioning but frozen in time until the data is back on stream again. My programmes have the same probs.
