Ughhh, starting to remember why I took a break from this game in the first place.

Updated my subscription and I'm authenticated at the launcher buuuut of course go to play and "Subscription Locked".

I've created a "support" ticket and submitted e-mails to just about everyone on the contacts page as well as the infamous bloo who seems to be the only one to fix anything.
