#5993 - guarding points are broken

after the third server crash tonight, I began to observe that I wasn't getting any points for guarding capturable cps in towns with AOs/DOs. I thought it might be because of something odd about respawning after a warp, etc., but I just confirmed that in a very conventional mission that I created at Maas/Aachen depot, same thing happened. Please FIX!

I think I am still getting guarding points, I used to see that too now and then; guard and no points, I would report and respawn and usually shortly there after I would start getting points again.

I'll run a test on this. Already have a ticket about not being able to get a guarding kill.

I get guarding point all the time as Axis infantry branches; not sure about other Allies, but I know the US Air units were not get guarding points.

The issue went on for a couple of days after I reported it, then seems to have stopped. Since it came from nowhere, was erratic when present, and disappeared for no apparent reason, my assumption is that it was some kind of host weirdness.

Thanks Rat. Sounds about right. Thankfully the last couple of host updates seem to have settled a lot of issues.
