Bouncing rag doll weapons

Fairly frequently when I kill an opposing ei, their weapon will bounce up into the air, not a few inches, but often many feet.

I've even found I can strafe bushlines and when I see their rifle bounce up above the bush I know they're dead.

I didn;t test a lot but didn't see anything.

Test 1

• spawn 1.34.10.1 offline
  
• spawn us smg
  
• place a row of 100 clones in various states and positions
  
• kill them
  

I didn't see any weapons fly up. Is there a particular weapon, state, or ground type this happens in most?
