At least 5 times today people I have shot, both from rifle and point blank SMG; and they don't die? wtf is going on? Need to fix this big time; blood splatters out of them and everything, if I see blood, they need to go down.

And how does one miss point blank ei with SMG? Really need to make the weapons work right in this game, there is no way two ei with back to you and you run in room and shoot with SMG should be able to turn and kill you.

I have had similar things...

...but then I see the ei (that gave the blood splatter from my fire) sack down and die 4 to 5 seconds after I die...

So I see them run around a bit after I died (on death cam), and no other on my team is there... then my enemy dies, and I get the kill in stats.

I myself do not have any wireless connection or packet loss.

But it could be that the ei, (or server) is loosing packets...

My normal "ping" to server is very steady at 160ms, and that is low considering I am connecting from Sweden.

I would also say that since 1.34, maybe 1 out of 2 bullets that hits me only injures me. Before 9 out of 10 bullets that hit me killed me.

A certain amount of lag is inevitable, and there is nothing that can be done about EI that take a few seconds to die. However, there have been massive issues recently with all kinds of silliness - EI appearing from nowhere, hits not registering, etc, etc.

Interesting point is that there was a massive improvement after the server was restarted 2 days ago. I suspect that the poor old servers start to fall to bits after a while. CRS should think about more frequent maintenance restarts. Yes, it is inconvenient because all the missions get lost. But I suspect people would put up with that if it gave them a game they could actually play.

There used to be a maintenance restart every Wednesday morning for the server. Curious what happened...
