Getting a new type of CTD

I am CTD at a great rate now, and more than ever. I cannot understand how I went from just an occasional CTD every other sortie to every 20 minutes.

My offer in the hangar still stands!

I realize people are busy and I am only one subscription.

I have reinstalled drivers recently. I am starting to wonder if this is a hardware issue.

It seems the log file could reveal the issue I just need someone in the know to have a look.

Thanks in advance.

I believe you are getting the memory leak ctd. Please check your application memory usage and see if it is getting above 1.5GB before you crash.

I could not take the constant ctd's so I purchased an nVidia card. The last few CTD'S i had while flying occurred not long after takeoff and after a fresh start of the game. I would climb in the area over the airfield and CTD at about 18,000 feet or 6 km. I found it hard to believe I was hitting the 1.7 gb limit so quickly.

With the new video card, all ctd's are gone, except for the respawn ctd occasionally. Game runs smooth except over towns with crazy amounts of flak, Antwerp.

I hope the last of the AMD users get a fix "soon".
