I was having an amazing sortie then comes a sherman 76 full speed in a diagonal in front of my panzer around 100m I shot 7 rounds or more 50% pass through his turret and hull with no visual impact or any credit kill on him... I was seeing the visual of the round impacting on the ground behind him.

It took only 2 shots 1 miss the other killed my tank with a moving sherman the reverse would be nearly impossible.

And why do axis tanks have dispersion and not gun displacement when compared to allied tanks..?

Why can't be dispersion be reduce greatly and instead increase the displacement of the gun requiring you to res-position the gunsight?

It looks so unrealistic and pathetic seeing the sight centered on your target and the round going above it, below it, right, left ...

Again Killed by one shot 300m from a sherman 75mm after putting 3 AP rounds on his turret and one on his front!

When will I be able to see the ballistics behind this to explain this visual nonsense?

Where? Turret? Driver?

Otherwise for all we know your shot could have hit the edge of the tank.

Fraps? Nobody can do anything with reports like these...

Makes my pc too slow and I don't know to encode and reduce space.

I wish I could make videos i'm in the progress of upgrading my pc, there is alot of weird stuff I usually see.

There should be a segment on the website explaining how to properly record, telling all the software necessary to edit and covert... This would help advertise the game at least on youtube with no cost for CRS...

I hit it on the front ... driver slighty below turret this engagement just took 1 sec...

If you could make a record of the events it would be much easier to enter into some form of dialougue to resolve what you are seeing.

Im not trying to wind you up, just to say why its hard to take these sort of posts at face value because there is no record of the events being discussed - it is all as much individual conjecture without facts :(

Yup, one of objectives of topics is to see if any1 is experiencing this too or has time to test this.

There isn't much I can do, I can't ask the game for a the Damage Model and ballistics of that hit :(

The only option is test when able on the test center and waste alot of hours doing so.. That can only be done on holidays.

I had this problem engaging an M10 TD about a week ago. My shots blew straight through the turret and hull, visually hitting the ground behind, a light went off in my head, and I aimed lower, at the ground just below the tracks. The shot hit the dirt, and the M10 went BOOM! Some kind of visual lag maybe, I'm not sure. It's like when I'm shooting a rifle at a running man 100m away and I still have to lead him like a fighter....not quite right.

Indeed - but someone elses opinion is just that, a qualitative review of the situation which is not the same as the empirical testing with quantitive results that would pin any issues down by allowing it to be replicated by everyone thus making it more likely that an issue has been isolated.

I still don't understand it. How can you see the round hit the ground behind the tank when it goes through? Do you see it through the hole between his tracks? Could it be that the visual model is not aligned with the damage model?

The sherman was going down a small hill I was intercepting him so when I shot at his turret the round hit the ground behind him I saw the visual hit on the ground because the ground was not flat.
