FBs all go allied?

Since when does a side cap the ABs and then all the FBs go to that side too?

Exactly what happened in Oost just now. Must be nice having FBs switch to your control also, makes it nice and easy to finish the town when the other side can't spawn in.

Sounds like avoid the fight to me. When did this FB change occur?

It doesn't do that, have you thought the allied blew the FB's when the town went allied?

I know efficient axis players do it all the time and I see quite a few AHC / OKW ask for it to be set up and pre camped to keep the momentum going.

Always best to check the facts before you try to start bias flames

Yes, I thought of that. But, it was low pop, and EVERY FB went allied, including FBs to empty towns. While I considered a low pop team of 3 engr waiting around for an AB cap on our link FB (even though unlikely), I very much doubt an additional 3 engr were waiting around at an empty towns FB.

I was there, I saw it, as did many on the axis side. Yes, the side bias was tossed in as an attention getter, my guess is the bug affects both sides equally, point being, we lost Oost because of it. No one could spawn to the spawn CP like I've done 1000s times before when ABs get capped.

you are incorrect

capturing an FB does not flip "all the FB's" to either side, and it is certainly not an "all the FB's go allied" case that's for sure

sensationalist bias posts get no credibility

be rational, accurate, provide methodology and supporting evidence if at all possible

that will get you immediate attention

Well, I know what I saw and so did many other Axis players. The bunker was capped and all the FBs to Oost went Allied, specifically Turn and Hoog. One had a flag and one did not.

I have played plenty to know that when an AB falls FBs go to other side, I have been on countless missions from those FBs to the fallen towns spawn SP in an attempt to clear the town and retake it. We could not spawn into Oost last night because FBs were Allied. I know how it plays and I know what it did last night. That is why I'm reporting it.

  • 1 month later...

Without a much clearer description of the events I have no hope of recreating this on the beta server.

By the sounds of it...

Oost Army Base fell to the allies while Axis had brigades in the towns nextdoor

Linking depots remained Axis.

The FB's from the neighboring towns turned allied and stopped Axis from using spawnable depots in town.

Haven't noticed this lately, but Axis hasn't lost a lot of towns either. I will try and watch on Allied towns too. I know it sounds weird. But, I also now what I see and what happened. I know FBs are supposed to come up (defensive) but that is not what happened.

I'd say let it go for now and I'll try and keep watch.

Just occurred again.

Heres what I'm seeing.

Schilde NCP is Allied. Schilde City CP is Allied. Lier and Antwerp CP's in Schilde are Axis. Grobbendonk CP is Axis. AB was just capped by allies

Grobbendonk FB came up as allied.

Supposition - When the AB is capped the game reads it and makes the FB's opposite their linking depots.
