Found a small error in the ToS.

"SOFTWARE LICENSE

1. By agreeing to these terms of service, Subscriber explicitly agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the End User Licensing Agreement installed during the software application (World War II Online) installation process located on your computer hard disk drive at \CRS\Battleground Europe\eula.txt"

It should be saying license.rtf.

Oh, and the ToS links in account management is broken..
