I paid the price of admission and when I try to log in it gives an error that it can not connect to service. That is before I type in my password. I have not updated it for a while. What should I do? Can't get into the even tonight I guess.

You need to visit the RA forums and download the latest client. The link was provided in your RA order email.

I'll have to see if I still have it. I downloaded over a month ago and have not had time to mess with it since.
