I have been on multiple paradrops since campaign 79 where paras (it seems at high alts) freeze as soon as they leave the plane and cannot drop to the gorund or move.

Ahh, okay...is it known if it is caused by alt, and if so at what alt?

Not sure on the altitude, from memory though its fairly bloody high.

You might want to do a forum search and find the original posting as it may well have more details.
