Blown up cap buildings

While running around in a blown up capping depot I was able to first by accident clip up to the 2nd floor.

Was very strange.

If I rubbed up against the side of the outside wall(sill inside) I popped up through the floor.

In a blown up cap bldg there are some protrusions on the walls and this is where it happened. At one point it launcehed my up through the floor and then I came down half clipped into the steps but I was able to get out.

Server is all messed up, game is doing a lot of goofy stuff. Server needs reset, people can't spawn in, invisible ei, invisible frus, map glitches, chat bug, constant ctds, and those are just a few.
