Is The Training Server Heads- Up Please

Is the Training Server ever going to run again or is it intentional to keep it down to keep up player numbers ingame (which would be understandable). Could we have a heads-up on what the intentions are?

CRS intentions were to keep training server down, and it is down.

(don't have the official announcement, but that was like over a month ago)

Although it was said NOT to be due to population reasons in campaign server but more to instead make people use the beta server for training purposes.

Makes sense because we need people to find all bugs in beta servers.

But have to say that the beta server has been down as well a bit to often
