Chat UI aligned left when invoked

This is with the current version (as of this post)

I usually have the UI hidden by default since I've been doing some recording with Afterburner. With the UI completely hidden after spawning in, you can bring up the UI only by pressing one of the channel keys (f1, f2, f3, etc.) to type. After its invoked, it stays displayed until you toggle the UI on again (Y key by default) and toggle the UI off. This functions as normal.

*The Bug*

With the UI off by default, after spawning in and invoking the chat (lets say f2) the chat interface is aligned to the far bottom left of the screen. Toggling the UI on with Y first, then toggling it off, THEN invoking the chat UI with a channel key aligns the chat interface to be centered.
