CTD & unable to spawn in

Returning player here and I would like to say that this game (still) has good things to offer that other lack, that what made come back even if it's lacking the eye candy of recent games. :)

But I'm somewhat disappointed to encounter this many bugs in a game which is 12 years old.

I've did a lot of RDP bombing runs this Sunday and as usually I'm getting a lot of CDT's doing those, which is a great turnoff considering that you spend a lot of time in the air getting to the factories in the 1st place. (6GB of memory here, even applied the 4GB patch as mentioned in the forums which doesn't seem to help - don't get any crashes in other games like ROF for example, which is more demanding). I mostly get these CTD's flying bombers long distances (H111) and I do start the game fresh before every flight. Call me superstitious, but I do not approach Abbeville from the south anymore cause i had 3 crashes around 10km to target in roughly the same area ...

The only time I get a CTD on the ground is if i spawn in in lots of different areas without restarting the game in between.

On another note there is the bug where the system tells you "connection to host re-established" and one can't spawn in thereafter, well that in itself is annoying but why on earth is the material deducted from the total supply of the brigade when we don't even spawn. No biggy if it's a rifleman but there is equipment which is rare (can you say 'Tiger'), here's an idea: Deduct stuff after it actually spawned not before ;).

Cant agree with you more but these CTD's They are increasing in the last 3 weeks. I dont know whats going on but its anoying as hell. That and the KEY MAPPER really sucks in this game right now.
