I fired 4 shots into the chests of both crewmen from 20m ....I knew i would attract attention from the other fb defenders but it was only 1 minute to server down.

I duly died as i predicted but i only got a hit on the flak...is this goin to be fixed one day?

It will be feature.

For example FlaK 18 damage model of crew represent 22-25 ppl in real world. You can kill him by 3-5 shot serious.

They (CRS) do use what 's been called a 'hardened' concept, where 1 crewmen in a certain units is actually harder to kill then a simply regular infantry unit would be.

Another example of this is the exposed crewmen on DD's, who are not killable by 1 small arms shot, or AI infantry units manning MG towers or pits -also not killable by 1 shot.

I believe that to some greater or lesser degree ATG/AAA gunners'/ commanders have this same hardness feature , has has been said, to abstractly simulate that a real war gun would have had some support troops that would have to be defeated.

Makes no sense in a realistic game when you can already request for infantry to defend your atg, especially easier because ATGs are usually not far from AB and CPs.

There have been times when i've killed flak units with less shots per crew member...there doesn't seem to be any consistency.

Have experience the same at the present, btw the concept it's a very bad one makes the game look very buggy for most users who have no where else to know this besides community information.

And never heard CRS say that this "hardness" is meant to simulate a entire crew, if an atg can't reflect visual in game the entire crew then there is no need to have it. Better to increase their numbers on the spawn list or make them have more res after dying.
