One of the gears that allows a newly created or reactivated account have access to the game is stuck. We'll have this fixed As Soon As Possible.

But at this moment, if you created an account today (or reactivated an old one) you won't be able to actually log in.

This should be fixed. I've tested it with a few accounts over the past few days. Please contact us if you are finding an issue accessing the game after creating or reactivating your account.
