Beddies are still blacking out at low speed. I did it today near Sedan traveling under 10km/h and it took a good 30-40 seconds to recover.

yeah we know, when we manage to eliminate it, we will probabaly say something about it

since we haven't, then it stands to reason we haven't eliminated it yet

I didn't realize it was a reckognized bug now. Last time I tried to report it I was essetially told it was an expected mechanic of the game.
