Stats?

Why are stats constantly down?

Why does it take weeks to get them online every campaign?

Isn't this a well-established procedure?

There was a front page announcement a day or two before the campaign started saying something about horrible amounts of debugging and that the stats were definitely not going to be working for a while. So it's not the usual thing of taking a couple of days to compile and reset. It's much more serious.

  • 2 weeks later...

we pay for a product and we are not getting what we paid for. Stats are a very important part of the game and it has been over 2 weeks since they worked. This is a great game, but without stats, it is lame.

Without stats its lame.

This is the stupidist thing i've ever heard.

What are you 12 years old?

CRS is struggling to stay afloat and all you statwhores are crying about stats.

Take a FN break allready will ya...

It must be because i am an old time player but i check my stats maybe once every few months, and never really pay attention to them. Doc posted in another thread that they are working to fix them though so people really need to calm down about them. It really isn't a big deal.

Seems that people like Pittpete think stats don't matter, well, they don't to the people with a crappy K:D ratio. If you suck, why be reminded how bad you are by looking at your stats..lol

Because fighting against challenging players leads to becoming better at the game? I mean stats aren't THAT big of a deal, but everything is stats driven these days and I actually enjoy seeing what kind of ratio I have as infantry and I would like to see who (out of the 5 people total) I've gunned down with my lowly p36 for air.

Stats give me something tangible to realize my successes and more importantly my failures, what I did wrong so I can learn from those mistakes.

sure, I am interested in my K/D and such, but what I really want to know are the names of the dead, slain by my hand.

Maybe 1.35 can just have them listed on the mission results screen; the data is there, it is being stored, we are told who killed us, how many we killed, why not precisely who? I probably wouldn't check my stats as often if that info was there, because that is 90% of the reason I check them.
