stats not recording kills now.

will the kills show up later? or are they lost forever, this happened 2 campaigns ago and some kills were lost.

This is my first campaign and I must say it takes CSR forever to fix something that breaks down quite often (stats). You want to attract people and keep people in this game, but the inability for CSR to fix stats and keep them up hurts recruiting. To make matters worst you don't hear anything on the status except, "thank you for your patience, the stats are broke" No chit. That thank you for your patience gets real old, real fast.

1. Hire someone who knows what they are doing.

2. Let us know the status while they "ponder" the situation.

3. Give credit back to each person, 1 day credit for everyday stats is broke.

4. Delete all stats for this campaign, reset and begin again. I rather lose all the kills and have them fix it and start again.

This game really doesn't interest me enough to stay if stats are not fixed. I want to know my ratio, who kills me, what killed me, and who I killed.
