I don't know what is the reason for this or if it's a bug but the fact players don't have access to side chat means they will looooooooooooooose alot of comms like a lot... (Every player that plays the game constantly understand that side chat is one of the most value chats because it's cross missions)

This will make the game look like it's dead while also making them loose advertisement of good missions and good intel!!

This needs to be correct ASAP!

Side channel on axis side you do not want to have it tuned. Just equipment cries and other garbage.

Allied side its do-able but you get same information with OPS channel since for the usefull info people will broadcast over side and ops.

So i'd say not really needed.

Well not on axis side...

Side chat populates the game and helps you understand there are more players playing the same game.

Having a new player access to this comms means he can ask questions to active players and see advertisement of missions or intel THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR HIM TO FIND COOL BATTLES THAT CAN SELL THE GAME... Now spawning on a defensive fru with no ews won't!
