Noticed this as well yesterday, and funny you are reporting it because was wondering IF I should report it.

I mean: We have the same client for over a year now, so very strange if this could have been here for a year.

It is just a short short flicker when starting playgate.

It connects,

shows the error..

does 3-4 more things

and then gets to next stage where (as normal) waits for your next input.

It is directly after pressing the button "Agree" in playgate launcher.

In other words when the "login window" gets up.

Just before it starts connecting to auth.playnet.com

And it really does not stop anything, but just a funny message to get (and only sometimes).

Maybe this is only due to servers in need to restart, or heavy load. Because for example right this instant I can not replicate it. The login to auth.playnet.com is to quick, and when this happened all steps of connecting was very sluggish.

Probably nothing to worry about. :D

That's the default string for any part of Playgate that's supposed to apply translations.

If it's not because you're running a foreign version of Windows in a different language (e.g. Russian copy of Windows 7 with French as the language, or US version of English with Chinese as the language, etc), then it can be the result of a bad config file somewhere, check

[Vista+] %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Battleground Europe

[Pre-Vista] %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Battleground Europe

Make sure you remember your password and then delete all the files in there.

If it still does it, check the PlayGate.0.log. If all else fails, you may want to uninstall and delete the folders in My Documents as well as Program Files (x86)\CRS, then reinstall.

Hey! You were pretty whiny yourself when I made that dialog box full of the word "******" to highlight when any of the client guys re-broke the connection code again.
