are not working.

Since I'm not in server, are they not popping up, is a town not surrendering at the proper time or is it some other problem. Specifics please?

They never started. Kats, Stavenisse, Gravenpolder, Gorisboek, and Krabbendike were cut off roughly 10 hours ago, the first round of surrenders should be occuring in 2 hours. Etten Laur was cut off about 9 hours ago, same deal. Except they never went white flag, to the extent that naval flags are being moved in and out of them.
