F2P cannot login

I received today an email on one of my F2P accounts about the free semiauto weekend, but since F2P cannot loggin it might be a good idea to stop that.

I think this is the 4th time I post this info (there is an issue with F2P loggin in). And I'm posting here because this is not as public as "testing and bug reporting".

Eh?

I had 2 F2P accounts: saintj2 and ovelha. Yesterday you've sent emails to at least one (probably both) saying that I could try the semi-auto. When I try to loging with any of those accounts, I get: "Your subscription is not active" and cannot loggin.

I just created saintj3 and (after a few minutes of "that username does not exist"), I managed to loggin without a problem.

Also heard some f2p-squadies on teamspeak confirming the same problem since friday... and they were all here to use the semi-autos...

Yes we had a big database crash.. but this problems was there before the crash occurred

I can confirm this and what Saintj reported aswell. My F2P squadies reporting problems since thursday and friday, before the crash.

Also noticed a f2p player on the Windhund forum having trouble. Chaoswizkid is his name, cant login anymore since around that time as well.

Seems from the other thread you got your answer, but here is what I just tested:

2 of my old F2P accounts are not working: saintj2 and ovelha.

saintj3 that I created just to test this, can loggin.

I also logged into my account page with saintj2 and it gives me:

CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION = Free Play

CURRENT STATUS = Inactive

CURRENT PLAN = Free Play

CURRENT BILLING METHOD = none

XOOM is going to send out a couple emails to those affected. Seems a few thousand F2P accounts got accidentally deactivated. They'll just need to email xoom@playnet.com or create a support ticket to get it turned back on.

I received 2 emails on my 2 broken accounts. If they cant be re-activated automatically, seems this emails solves the root of the problem (unaware players giving up).

I'll reply to the emails, just to see if XOOM is doing his work :D .
