When i go to http://www.battlegroundeurope.com/index.php/getting-started/download-the-game

then click on http://installers.wwiionline.com/wwiiol0001349.exe (link on this page named "Battleground Europe™ Full Install (PC)"), i catching all time the same error-

"The requested URL /wwiiol0001349.exe was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

we had massive web access/link related crashes yesterday, we're still fixing them 24 hours later, a little tired now
