is there a problem that we should know about the spawn delay for the allied players? the last 10 citys that were taken there was a crazy number of attackers. and for the defenders 3-4... This is crazy... 20+ vs 3 and they have no spawn delay thats kinda stupid.

We (allied side) have had 60-90 sec spawn delay since the map started moving eastward. Trust me, it isn't broken. We're complaining about the exact opposite on our end. Virton was capped by Axis at 1-2am central time with us having a 40-60 sec spawn delay.
