falling threw stairs/floors HELP

Anyone can help

I keep falling/clipping, threw floors and sometimes CTD

i7 u640 1.20 gig

8gig ram

GT 335M g force-GC

Laptop windows 7

my drivers are up to date

I do get IP error 2 state 0001 when I first log in. but I press ok and it logs on.

Its nothing wrong with your system, it is the game. When the battlefield gets very crowded in one town it happens more often. It is called the offset bug. When you are experiencing this bug you will have trouble running up stairs and to the enemy you appear about 1 or 2 feet away from where you think you are. This often makes it so the enemy can see you sticking outside of a wall and they shoot you. The network error when you start the game can be safely ignored. In order to stop the bug from happening, you will have to back out to the log in screen and choose a different persona and then spawn in to a different town. You can also just restart the game, which is what most people do.
