You guys are using an uncompressed PNG image that is 1.35 MB! Please consider compressing the PNG file! The size can be reduced to the 100-300KB range with minimal loss of quality.

If you want some images I already compressed, just ask me to e-mail them to you. I can't see any easy way to attach them here.
