Network Error Authentication Failed

Hi guys, i have been itching to try this game, when i saw it was free i jumped right in!! But since setting up an account and downloading ive had no luck signing in! I then bought premium, i think i read somewhere it sorts the issue (was gonna upgrade anyways) but still no luck.

Seems like a common problem but i cant for the life of me find a fix!

Done all the usual stuff: uninstall -> restart -> reinstall.

Deleted "battleground Europe" folder in documents.

Cant fathom it out.

i7 3770k

8GB ram

AMD r9 290x

Windows 8 x64 (possible problem here??)

Its not my pc, this thing runs anything i throw at it.

Anyone with any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

When does the errormesage pop up?

Email billing@playnet.com and explain your issue to them, that e-mail adress is for ppl with login/billing issues.

I can login, as soon as I select the server and launch screen goes black and starts to launch the game but then the error message appears

I will email them now and relay my info to them, any other ideas welcome.

Happened to me not to long ago.

Email billing or PM xoom on here. He sorted it really quickly for me.
