last two weeks constant CTHL's

A while now I am constantly losing connection to the game in the following way:

Despawning doesn't work anymore ( no timer)

Sometimes it reconnects after time, sometimes i have to use taskmanager to shut down the game. When i can't despawn anymore, other players often see me running in circles or whatever.

The last 2 days there is another complaint where sometimes i spawn in and see noone else ingame, I then have to respawn to see everyone again (on ingame map and just ingame)
