can not access my planet bug tickets...

I tried a group email in the HC tools. That errored. Send in a ticket through the tools. It registered ans sent, but the link to see it is broken. So I went to support page, which will not let me login. To login I need a ticket number, which was never given to me. So I submit a ticket about not having a ticket number... And then all the links that ticket number gives me, though I at least get the ticket emails... have dead links and the ticket numbers they give me are 404 [http://support.playnet.com/osticket/view.php?auth=]

so in short:

  • submit ticket
  • ticket link errors
  • submit ticket about ticket link errors
  • can not log in to see ticket, need ticket number, not sent
  • submit new ticket about not getting ticket number
  • got ticket number
  • ticket number email works, but all links that ticket email has are broken
  • insert arggggggg here

Also, can I just fix your OCS tools.

please... so many broken links. so many...

Testing the support tickets now. Is the problem that you don;t get a reply email with the ticket number so you can log in?

BUG: Clicking on the ticket link in the email reports a 404 error.

I've logged in and waiting an access link.

OK the bug is that the access links report a 404 error. Ticketing.

two issues:

  1. All links sending to the ticket submitter are broken as described above.

  2. the ocs tools has a report error, which submits a ticket, which DOES NOT send an email and the link to check on said tickets goes to a 404 as well, also described above.

But really. Can I just fix your OCS pages. They are very outdated with links and information... and some silly thing called an iframe and browser support for only outdated IE... like really, I can just get in there and fix it. Make a dev version and put it in github.

OK the problem is in the URL. Should have this fixed up *soon*.

sweet thanks, But will anyone actually talk to me about my tickets, from the ticket system? And I assume I can not access all my tickets, only one at a time and I need to know the ticket number... so if I do not know the ticket number I may never know what happened/get contacted.

ok, I can make more than one ticket per account. AND the link sends me to the correct URL. Thanks.

The OCS is its own beast. so yeah.
