Cannot log in Account Locked

I resigned up for pre-pay 3 months, my in game name is pzjager9. On account history it says I have been charged and my account is active. When I log in it tells me my account is locked. Can you please have this fixed for me, I have also sent in a ticket on the subject.

The RATS are looking into this, it's affecting a few accounts.

I submitted a ticket on Friday, but I have not heard anything back as of yet. Maybe support is off on weekends, but I am still having the issues.
