non beta ctd issue

I seem to crash a lot switching between towns. Didn't have the problem at the end of last map but joined OKW for this map and have had issues since then. 1st day it was literally every time i switched and past few days it has been off and on.

If you are running the current live version instead of the beta have you tried the 4 gig patch?, http://ntcore.com/4gb_patch.php, My understanding is that the newest Beta client has the 4 gig patch included in regards to your CTD issues?

Not running the beta and I have the 4gig patch as well.

Maybe obvious, but because I myself got trapped into doing it wrong:

The 4gig patch was installed in my old game.

Then I tried the new beta.

Uninstalled the new beta.

Installed the old game...

Have I forgot something? :)

Yup, I needed to run the 4gig patch on freshly installed "new old exe file" :cool:
