Antwerp North Dock Unusable by HQ's

Antwerp Nth. Dock is unusable by the HQ flags of a naval division, but is usable by its daughter flags.

1st Angriffsdivision (1AGD) cannot spawn anything from Antwerp Nth. Dock

4th Zerstorerflotille (4zf) can spawn fairmile boats from Antwerp Nth. Dock

Did they put Fairmiles back into the HQ's supplies?

They changed it a while back so that HQ's only had DD's and a few infantry so they would be kept at deep water ports.

Can't remember if they had re-added a small number of Fairmiles back into the supply pool.

Not a bug far as I'm aware. Only one dock per town can spawn DDs (and TTs). All docks in a town can spawn FMBs. Since Antwerp has 4 docks, only 1 of the 4 is able to spawn DDs.

As HQs only have DDs, they can only spawn at one dock. Daughter flags have FMBs which can spawn at any dock.
