When I open the client and log in, I touch play and it wants to update me. It says connecting to patch server... It fails a few seconds later saying its unable to log in to patch server and then the launcher goes not responding. Is this a known issue?

We've made some changes, can you please test again?

Mine is even worst. The interface just hangs and i have to kill the app/process. It tries to connect to the patch server and it stops responding (the window title bar calls out the not responding message).

:S should i just uninstall and get the latest full installer?

thanks!

Simply un-install your current version, and download a new FULL installer.

Note: This still occurs. I see its been months ago.

Reinstalling surely is not the desired solution though. I have so many of my keys remapped that i actually rather wait for this pc then to reinstall it. And that makes me wanna ask for an alternative :)

If none then so be it.

Hi, I am new and wanted to try out the game but as stated above when the client attempts to download a patch it freezes and does not respond so I have been unable to log in and check it out. Any suggestions?
