Since 1.34 first came out I have noticed that, only sometimes, a task named PopUp Pipe Server persists in the computers memory after running WWiiOL. It is visible in the Windows Task Server.

It prevents the computer from being shutdown normally, and when restarted the box 'hangs' at the BIOS screen. Physically unplugging then restarting the computer, and selecting "Start Windows Normally" as Windows begins to load is the only way to stop the process.

(Not just this computer by the way. Happens on my other box from time to time too)

What is this? Why does it happen?
