Some AI in Reims is able to shoot into the river at S docks, through the berms and banks and kill FMBs. It says enemy forces. How is that possible?

It is a heavy flak gun firing best I can tell. Wasn't AF, so maybe CITY CP AI?

Needs to be fixed, thought AI couldn't shoot through berms and banks?
