Video Card Not Showing In Settings

My video card is Nvidia 740A, but only the Intel Integrated 4600 shows up in the list. I tried disabling the intel card, uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers for the Nvidia card, and updating the Nvidia drivers...nothing worked...how do I get it to show up?

I tried doing what your posting said, and I still don't see it in the list...Any other suggestions?
