tried past two months to upgrade account from $4.99 to $44.99 and $12.99 (when it was on offer), neither upgraded on my subscription date. Please upgrade my account to $44.99 so I may extend my game enjoyment, don't mind if I pay now and lose some time on the $4.99 account.:confused:
