Factory bugged.

Just tried to destroy british factory #7, something is wrong, it sustained no damaged despite receiving multiple hits.

Then hit #9, it did take damage.

The bug is if a factory goes to 0; while other factories are not 0 yet, they can then no longer be damaged - just the one that is already damaged.

So, please test - take your magic vehicle to #7 and see if you can damage it.

and hint.. gm should destroy british factory #7 for us.
