Cant get the game to work

When I first got the game I had to have a friend create an account for me. When I tried to create a free play account on the website it would go a page and say that that page cant be found, this happened to me on google chrome and internet explorer. With the account my friend made for me I logged in on the game. When I pressed join campaign I got a message saying"no registry for entry of game" and then it exited out of the game. I reinstalled the game and created a new account from my iMac and I still had the same problem. Can someone help me.

First of all - try checking you account status by loggin in here:

Your account status should be active - if it isn´t then something went wrong in the account creation process or the account was created OK but not activated (you should get an e-mail after the account creation with a link you need to click to activate the account).

Please let us know what you find and we will try to assist.

I've passed this on to our support team. In the future you should create a ticket so we see it and we get you back in the fight. Forums are good and sometimes we catch on but they can fall into an abyss of other reports.
