Authentication failed

Update: Found via forum search that this problem is fixed by the Rats needing to kick the server. Could I get a kick on my behalf?

Trying to login to beta. I get through Playgate just fine, but it starts to load the client (red loading bar) -- then I get an "Authentication failed" popup.

Game closes out upon clicking OK.

Any ideas?

I have a more detailed error behind that popup now.

Map Host (40108):

Session rejected by host: Internal error (loginfail_addplayer).

Please restart your game client.

As we figured out in teamspeak the issue is that when we copied the "Paid" user database to beta your account had not been subscribed at the time. So right now there is little we can do to correct it.

I'm having the same problem - getting "authentication failed" when I try to log in. Have just checked but my account status is still listed as "active" on the account page. I wonder what the problem is and how to solve it.

Did you recently subscribe?

It is my understanding that only paid subscriptions have access to the BETA Server therefore if you have recently subscribed prior to CRS putting up the BETA server or are F2P (Free to Play acct) you unfortunatley do not have access to the BETA server at this time.

Hang in there, as CRS are working there little RAT tails off to get this patch update complete ASAP but are taking an extra step to make sure they have all their T's crossed and i's dotted prior to running on the wheel to power up the server.

Correct at this time both beta and campaign are not allowing F2P players in. (It is being looked at to try and find out why it isnt working)

Thanks for that, I was having rouble logging in myself.

If there is an ETA and time to post a guestimation on when this might be solved would be nice, if one or neither are available just ignore this.
