1 DAY POST UPDATE/BETA (authentication error)

hello all, i am a new player to WW2 Online, i have subscribed to the 14.99 premium package after hearing the beta was for paid members only, then i found out you had to have subscribed prior to the uploading of the beta. Now i still cannot access the game, i get an error saying t:0 Error ip 66.28.224.240, port 27015, state 20001, then after clicking ok it begins to load, just to say, authentication failed... i have no what either of these mean but feed back from admins, fellow players or developers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all and game on.

CRS is in the middle of a big update of Hardware and Software right now.

I get the tcp error too, have for some time now. It does not affect game play.

You do have to install the latest software version now. They have it ready for PC's but I'm not sure if the MAC client is ready to go yet.

I don't expect to hear much until Monday fwiw.

EDIT: Also, capturing is turned off atm. You can get into the main server, kill and be killed but the actual campaign has not restarted yet. They are still working through some bugs.

ive reinstalled the game twice yesterday, and once this morning i get the same errors, the authentication error always and the port error sometimes

The port error is random. Just click ok to move past it for now.

The unable to login portion is because prior to the update we copied the Live paid player subscriptions to a database for beta. If you subbed after that it has not been updated there.

I am not sure if you are unable to join the campaign server. Someone would have to let me know there.

No i cannot join the campaign server either, the only gameplay that was ever available to me was the offline practice mode the window is labeled "network error" and the error says "authentication fail", everytime for all online aspects

but you will some time soon! i hope they can fix everything back to normal as fast as they can..

btw, i appreciate that you subscribed premium tho, its always good for this game, but yeah, you should be able to join into game too :/

OK thanks guys its good to know im not the only one locked out, i was worried it was a problem with my internet connection, now i see it is not, GREAT
